He has a Services Marketing degree of Aldolfo Ibáñez University and a Program of High, Management of Business School in Universidad de los Andes.

After 25 years of work in Banco de la Nación Argentina, in that country and Brasil, he arrived to Chile as a General Manager. After leaving that institution in 1990, he becomes President of Santa Isabel Supermarkets (Disco/Ahold). He has been a Director of a several companies and was the Vice-President of Argentine Chamber of commerce for a couple of years.

Since 2003 to May 2008, he worked in Ray & Berndtson Head Hunters Company based in Santiago de Chile, as Executive Director. He speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.
